Elektroweak one-loop corrections for e^+e^- annihilation into t\bar{t} including hard bremsstrahlung

Abstract: We present the complete electroweak one-loop corrections to top-pair production at a linear e^+e^- collider in the continuum region. Besides weak and photonic virtual corrections, real hard bremsstrahlung with simple realistic kinematical cuts is included. For the bremsstrahlung we advocate a semi-analytical approach with a high numerical accuracy. Abstract: We derive a method for a common treatment of Z' exchange, QED corrections, and weak loops. It is based on the form factor approach to the description of weak loop corrections to partial Z widths and cross sections. Problems connected with ZZ' mixing are discussed with special care. Our theoretical results are applied to the package ZFITTER. The Phenomenology of Extra Neutral Gauge Bosons

Abstract: The phenomenological constraints on extra neutral gauge bosons at present and at future colliders are reviewed. Special attention is paid to the influence of radiative corrections, systematic errors, and kinematic cuts on the Z' constraints. Simple estimates of the Z' constraints from different reactions are derived. They make the physical origin of these constraints transparent. The results exi… ▽ More The phenomenological constraints on extra neutral gauge bosons at present and at future colliders are reviewed. The results existing in the literature are summarized and compared with the estimates. The consequence of model assumptions on the Z' constraints is discussed. The paper starts with an overview of Z' parameters and the possible links between them by model assumptions. It continues with a discussion of Z' limits and Z' measurements in different reactions at e+e- and mu+mu- colliders. It follows an overview of the corresponding limits at proton colliders. Production of B_c Mesons in Photon-Photon and Hadron-Hadron Collisions

Abstract: We discuss two-photon and hadronic production of $B_c$ mesons in nonrelativistic bound state approximation and to lowest order in the coupling constants $α$ and $α_s$. It is shown that in photon-photon collisions, heavy quark fragmentation is dominated by recombination of $\bar b$ and $c$ quarks up to the highest accessible transverse momenta. This is in accordance with earlier results after performing a shift of the $Z$ mass value of about $\frac{1}{2}Γ_Z^2/M_Z = 34$ MeV. Weak corrections and $ZZ'$ mixing are treated simultaneously by a generalization of weak form factors. In nonrelativistic approximation and to $O(α^2α_s^2)$ it is shown that recombination of $\bar{b}$- and $c$-quarks dominates by far over $\bar{b}$ and $c$ fragmentation. This dominance persists up to the highest accessible transverse momenta and leads to distributions… ▽ More Using photon-photon collisions as a particularly transparent study case we investigate the production mechanisms for $B_c$ mesons. Abstract: We describe some characteristic properties of $B_c$ mesons and discuss the production and the prospects of detection in $e^+ e^-$, $γγ$, and $\bar pp/pp$ collisions. Semi-Analytical Approach to Higgs Production at LEP 2

Abstract: The cross-section for the reaction $e^+e^- \rightarrow b\bar{b}μ^+μ^-$ is calculated with a semi-analytical integration of the phase space. Compact formulae are obtained for the total cross section and for invariant mass distributions of the $μ^+μ^-$ and $b\bar{b}$ pairs. The background diagrams to $ZH$ production yield analytically cumbersome but numerically small contributions. Experimental Constraints on the Scale of New Physics in Top Condensate Models

For typical model assumptions, present LEP data exclude masses below 3\,TeV.
