Abstract: Magnetoelectric, dielectric and magnetic susceptibility tensors of multiferroic TbMnO3 with cycloidal antiferromagnetic structure in external electric and magnetic fields have been investigated with taking into account dynamics of spin, electro-dipole and acoustic subsystems.
