Abstract: Let $Γ$ be a graph. Under suitable geometric assumptions on $Γ$, we give several equivalent characterizations of Sobolev and Hardy-Sobolev spaces on $Γ$, in terms of maximal functionals, Hajł asz type functionals or atomic decompositions.
